- Coordinate and manage staffing needs for the organization - Utilize Paychex, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, iCIMS, or other HRIS systems to track and manage employee information - Build and maintain relationships with nursing staff to ensure successful placements - Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for open positions - Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and scheduling orientations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role preferred - C.

A experience a plus - Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates - Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Familiarity with lead generation techniques for candidate sourcing Job Type:
