Experience in security and maintenance or related field.
EMT Certification is a plus.
Demonstrated working knowledge of basic construction principles.
Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of proper safety techniques and the ability to identify and solve problems.
Basic technical and mechanical abilities to perform maintenance and repair of mechanical/electrical equipment.
EMT, CPR &AED certification or willingness to pursue a plus.
