This position provides excellent customer service to our prospective members and guests by promoting and supporting the Sales and Marketing Team.
In this position you will:
Report to the Director of Sales.
Plan and coordinate special events for leads, depositors, and public relations.
Greet guests and prospective members both by phone and in person.
Manage the lead management system, create marketing activity reports.
Maintain office equipment and inventory of promotional and contractual materials.
Assist with company-wide marketing efforts, including social media and email broadcast campaigns, direct mailing information and invitations.
Be available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or two to three years' experience in marketing or service-related field.
Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor with ability to make effective presentations.
Highly proficient in software applications especially Microsoft Office Suite, report writing and ability to take numerical data for decision making and apply to practical situations.
Able to take minutes at meetings.
